The Postmaster General requests that you will move the Duke of Buckingham and Chandos to inform the Governor that the mode in which he proposes to remit the money order balances is perfectly satisfactory to this Department, but that it is desirable the Banker's drafts thus remitted should be payable at not more than three days sight - as already stated in my letter of the 6th February last.
